About 30 days ago your company filed for a Motor Carrier Authority (or MC#) and as part of that filing you agreed to obtain proper insurance (form BMC-91) and a Blanket of Coverage (or BOC-3). The FMCSA has recognized that you filed the MC# but the BOC-3 has not been filed or has been misfiled.
If you do not act on this notice, then in roughly 60 days your MC# will be permanently dismissed and you will have to re-file once again and forfeit any fees paid.
We are a registered BOC-3 Process Agent with the FMCSA
We make sure that your BOC-3 and other compliances are filed correctly so that you can focus on your business.
